Lloyd to compete at National Junior High Finals Rodeo

For those wondering where all the cowboys have gone, you don’t have to look too far when out in West Texas. Especially when it comes to a particular thirteen year old from Highland Junior High. Quay Lloyd, a sixth grader from Highland is heading to Lebanon, Tennessee this weekend to compete with the New Mexico State National Junior High rodeo team at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo (NJHFR), specifically in the ribbon roping and boys goat tying competitions.
