First Financial Bank announces Election Of Joseph Crouch as Sweetwater Division President

ABILENE, Texas, March 22, 2018 – The Board of Directors of First Financial Bank, N.A., announced that Joseph Crouch has been elected President of the Sweetwater Division. The announcement was made by Ron Butler, CEO of First Financial Bank, Abilene Region and Chief Administrative Officer of First Financial Bankshares, Inc., parent company of the Bank.
“We are extremely pleased that Joseph has joined the Bank and know that his experience in the financial industry will be invaluable to our customers and our Sweetwater and surrounding communities,” said Butler. “His expertise in agriculture lending will also serve the Sweetwater market well.”
Crouch has more than 13 years of banking experience as a loan officer, senior credit officer, chief credit officer, chief executive officer and president of several farm credit financial institutions. He holds a bachelor of science in agribusiness and economics from West Texas A&M University in Canyon and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Joseph is a current member of the College of Business Advisory Board at Texas A&M University in Commerce and previously served on the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce board and the Hopkins County Hospital board.
