Two local teams advancing to regional robotics competition

The Boosting Engineering Science and Technology (BEST) Robotics competition took place on Saturday, Oct. 20. A record number of area teams participated in the competition at The Center at Texas State Technical College in Sweetwater. Advancing to the regional competition in Dallas Nov. 9-10 are Sweetwater (winner of the Robotics competition), ATEMS and Roscoe Collegiate (first and second place winners of the BEST award).
