Branden Thomas Almanza pled guilty to evading arrest, enhanced with one prior conviction, a state jail felony.
For his plea, Almanza received 12 months confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He will have to pay a fine of $500, $309 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will receive 198 days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
