Terry Locklar announ-ced his candidacy for office of Nolan County Commissioner, Precinct 2 on Thursday, November 7, 2013.
A resident of Nolan County since 1989, he has over eight years experience working as county commissioner. As a result, he has the knowledge it takes to work as a Nolan County Commissioner and the understanding of the Courthouse and the offices within.
As a Nolan County Commissioner, Locklar has been involved in the county budget process, reinvestment zones, wind energy projects, oil and gas, and many road and bridge projects, which have had a great economic impact on Nolan County.
Locklar knows that with over eight years of experiences, it makes him more than qualified to continue as Nolan County Commissioners. He would love to serve the great people of Nolan County and to maintain the unique atmosphere that Nolan County possesses once again.
