Lady Mustangs honored

The 2011-12 Sweetwater High School softball team was honored prior to Friday’s District 4-3A opener against Snyder for becoming the first team to make the playoffs in 15 years.
Returning lettermen posed with this flag that honored the team for bringing back the Lady Mustang softball program’s winning tradition. Pictured here standing from left are Kendra Crosson, Kelsi Crosson, Maty Montgomery, Angela Garza, Megan Holsey, Jerren Villa, Keyli Turner and Suede Shirley.
The rest of the team included players Alicia Finn, Kinsey Browning, Jackie Carey, Claire Williams and former head coach Bobby Williams.
