A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted seven people this past week.

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted seven people this past week. Two of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Satori Denise Bailey was indicted for possession of marijuana, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Bailey knowingly possessed more than four ounces, but less than five pounds of marijuana on Oct. 9, 2012. Bailey's bond was set at $5,000.
Dominique Renah Spencer was indicted for possession of marijuana, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Spencer knowingly possessed more than four ounces, but less than five pounds of marijuana on Oct. 9, 2012. Spencer's bond was set at $5,000.
Andron Lee Rains was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Rains entered a building without the consent of the owner on Aug. 16, 2012. Rains' bond was set at $7,500. Rains was also indicted for the same offense occurring on Aug. 29, 2012. Bond for that offense was set at $7,500.
Claude Brafford Speed, Jr. was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Speed entered a building without the consent of the owner on Aug. 29, 2012. Bond was set at $7,500.
James Franklin Hand was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Court documents state that Hand entered a building without the consent of the owner on Dec. 4, 2012. Bond was set at $7,500.
