Grand Jury indicts 15

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted 15 people this past week. Ten of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Michael Ray Smith was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony. According to court documents, Smith threatened his victim with imminent bodily injury by trying to stab the victim with a knife. His bond was set at $20,000.
Ittticha Kay Taylor was indicted for family violence assault, a third degree felony. According to court documents, Taylor hit her victim in the nose. Her bond was set at $12,000.
Refugio Vera III was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony. His bond was set at $7,500.
Cory Alton Martin was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. According to court documents, Martin was convicted of driving while intoxicated on June 29, 2006 in the Taylor County Court at Law. His bond was set at $7,500.
