FFB hires Serrano

The Board of Directors of First Financial Bank, N.A., has announced that Thea Serrano has joined First Financial as Assistant Vice President and Consumer Lender.
“Thea will be an outstanding addition to our lending team. Her hometown roots and local contacts will allow her to serve our market extremely well,” said Kirby Andrews, President and CEO of the Sweetwater region.
Serrano is a Sweetwater native and graduated from Sweetwater High School in 2008. She graduated with honors from Hardin-Simmons University in December 2012 earning a Bachelor of business administration in finance degree. Serrano had previously worked as a consumer loan intern for First Financial Bank in Abilene from September until December 2012. She is a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Sweetwater.
