Eleven indicted by Nolan County Grand Jury in month of April

A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted eleven people in April of 2018.
Kendrick Coley Hoskins was charged with possession of Controlled Substance PG>=400G, a felony punishable by imprisonment in TDCJ for life or for any term not more than 99 years or less than 5 years and/ or fine not to exceed $50,000.
On or about March 1, the defendant did then and there intentionally or knowingly possess a controlled substance, namely, material, compound, mixture or preparation in an amount of 400 grams or more, that contained a quantity of Tetrahydrocannabinol.
Corey Christopher Garcia was charged with possession of Controlled Substance PG>=400G, a felony punishable by imprisonment in TDCJ for life or for nay term not more than 99 years or less than 5 years and/ or fine not to exceed $50,000.
On or about March 1, the defendant did then and there intentionally or knowingly possess a controlled substance, namely, material, compound, mixture or preparation in an amount of 400 grams or more, that contained a quantity of Tetrahydrocannabinol.
Karla Reich Chitin was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2>=4G On February 22, the defendant did then and there intentionally or knowingly possess a controlled substance, namely, material, compound, mixture or preparation in an amount of 4 grams or more, but less than 400 grams that contained a quantity of Tetrahydrocannabinol.
Brian Lee Adkins was charged with Evading Arrest Det with previous conviction, a state jail felony.
The defendant on or about March 28, did then and there intentionally flee from Damien Deleon, a person the defendant knew was a peace officer who was attempting lawfully to arrest or detain the defendant.
