Early voting begins Monday

The Nolan County Clerk’s Office issued a public test for the electronic voting machines on Friday, July 20, 2012. Early voting for the July 31, run-off primary election will begin on Monday, July 23, in the County Clerk's office — located at the Nolan County Courthouse (100 East Third), Suite 108 — from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last day of early voting is Friday, July 28.
On the day of the runoff primary election — Tuesday, July 31, the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
One significant change to the polling places for this particular election is the temporary polling place move for Precincts 6 and 13. Instead of the Roscoe Community Center, these voters will be voting at the Roscoe ISD (Independent School District) Cafetorium, located at 1201 West 7th Street in Roscoe.
