Blues festival is back to rock music fans

United Way of Abilene is bringing back the Key City Rhythm & Blues Festival, this time at the Nelson Festival Gardens. This year's event will feature two evenings of music plus a Gospel brunch and headliners like Lisa Mann, Tommy Castro and the Painkillers and many other talented artists!
