• Kenneth Acorn, 22 — Possession of controlled substance.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served one civil paper and made one arrest on May 22, 2012.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Michael Wayne Diggs, 26, of Lubbock — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
