The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 41 calls for service, issued no citations and made two arrests on Mar. 18, 2013.

The SPD received 27, 911 calls.

Accidents:

• 200 block of Elm.
• 300 block of Neff.

Calls for service:
• Burglary — 800 block of E. Alabama.
• Theft — 1000 block of View.
• Theft — 1200 block of Throckmorton.

Arrested by SPD:
• Jammie Pruitt, 23 — Resisting/warrants/unlawful possession of firearm.
• Ittticha Taylor, 30 — Driving while intoxicated.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served three civil papers and made two arrests on Mar. 18, 2013.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Felipe Ramirez III, 25, of Roscoe — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Ruben Castillo Barrera, 58, of Colorado City — Warrant/driving while intoxicated third or more offense.

Calls for service:
• Vehicle accident — Highway 53.
• Suspicious incident — Main Street, Roscoe.
• Welfare concern — I-20 MM 244.
• Welfare concern — Alamo Street, Blackwell.
• Cruelty to animals — N. Plano Street, Blackwell.
• Vehicle accident — Highway 84.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 244 west bound.
• Stray livestock — Turkey Creek Ranch.
• Theft — CR 246.
• Reckless driver — Hopkins Road and Ponderosa.
