The SPD received 47, 911 calls.

• Burglary of a habitation— 100 block of Fisher.
Arrested by SPD:
• Billy McQueen, 24 — Assault causes bodily injury.
• Justin Strouse, 25 — Public intoxication.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 12 calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests on July 4, 2012.
Arrested by NCSO:
• Klaus Herman Bense, 25, of Albany — Eastland County warrant/motion to revoke probation.
Arrested by DPS:
• Monica Monique Limon Lopez, 19, of Sweetwater — Warrant/failure to attend school.

• Abandoned vehicle — I-20 MM 253 east bound.
