The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 98 calls for service, issued eight citations and made six arrests from July 27-29, 2012.

The SPD received 99, 911 calls.

• Aaron Wehnes, 17 — Possession of marijuana.
• Gloria Dye, 44 — Warrant.
• Patricia Pedregon, 45 — Warrant.
• Shamar Williams, 23 — Warrant.
• Kassie Lopez, 28 — Warrant.
• Rosita Peña, 36 — Warrants.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 17 calls for service, served no civil papers and made five arrests from July 27-29, 2012.

• Alex Zachery Baum, 18, of Sweetwater — Driving while license invalid.

Arrested by DPS:
• Brendan Taylor Ivens, 23, of Sweetwater — Possession of marijuana.
• Samuel Lloyd Hawrylak, 22, of Mansfield — Possession of marijuana and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.
• Raymond Doyle Kellner, 54, of Sweetwater — Driving while intoxicated.
• Mark Zechariah Cox, 21, of Sweetwater — Possession of marijuana.
