All-district dominance

It comes as no surprise that the All-District 2-4A, Division II football team is loaded with Mustangs.
After a season that saw an outright district championship, unbeaten regular season and trip to the state quarterfinals, 24 Sweetwa-ter players have been given some kind of all-district recognition for their outstand-ing achievements.

Highland, which ended a five-year playoff drought this season, has a total of 11 football players who have been given All-District 7-1A, Division I recognition for their outstanding play.

‘Stangs pick up first win
