Mustangs recognized by SISD

The Sweetwater High School football team was honored at the Sweetwater Independent School District’s recent board meeting. The 13-1 Mustangs were district champs and advanced to the Class 4A, Division II semifinals.

The Sweetwater boys bas-ketball team visits Lamesa for its District 2-4A opener today at 8 p.m., following the Sweetwater girls’ game with Lamesa that tips off at around 6:30 p.m.
